    ASEAN Youth Camp 2013

    ASEAN Youth Camp 2013 is a  project of Phranakhon   Rajabhat University  in cooperation with the Royal Thai Ministry of Education.
    The theme Creating a  Caring Community focuses on raising awareness on  the important roles of youths in ASEAN community. This camp will give young  participants great opportunities to learn about Thailand, share experiences, and  encourage friendship. Moreover, it will promote better understanding of arts  and cultures among the participants through various cultural, social, educational,  and environmental activities/
    The ASEAN Youth Camp  2013 will be participated in by delegations from 10 countries in ASEAN  region.

         The ASEAN Youth Camp  2013 will be participated in by delegations from 10 countries in ASEAN  region.

    Phranakahon Rajabhat University,  Bangkok, Thailand

    ELIGIBLE APPLICANT
    Each delegation shall include 10 participants (undergraduate students).
    Each delegation must appoint a leader who will be the main coordinator of the group.
    Students must be citizens of ASEAN.
    Students must be between 18-21 years old.
    Students must be in excellent health condition.
    Students must be presently enrolled in university.
    Students must be able to communicate in English and participate in the whole program.

    EXPENSES
    There will be no Participation Fee.  Participants are required only to arrange and pay for their own international flights. The Organizer will provide all delegations with local hospitality, including food, accommodations and local transportation during the event. For accommodation, two student-participants will share a room. (It is advisable to have an even number of male and female participants per group.)
    ENDORSEMENT
    All applications must be accompanied by an official endorsement letter from the university. In case students come from different institutions, the endorsement will come from the university where students are enrolled in.
    All applications must be submitted via email (pnrucenter@gmail.com) on or before 28th December 2012.  Once accepted in this camp, you will receive an email (confirmation letter) that you can use for processing your travel requirements.    For Thai students, please follow the same application procedures.

    PREPARATION
    All delegates must prepare some  materials (souvenirs, pictures, etc.) that can be put on show at ASEAN  exhibition.  Don’t forget to bring your  national costume.
